Waiver of Liability in consideration of my child enrolling in the program, I agree indemnify and hold harmless the Essex Sports Center and the Edge Sports Group & its offices, agents, servants or employees and participants, the ESG associates skating rinks from all claims, loss, liability, damage and expense which may in anyway arise from child's participation in the skating school. I further understand that there will be no make-up classes or refunds given for classes unattended by the student and that the instructors can be changed without prior notice. I also understand that my child's photo may be taken during events and may be used for advertising/media purposes without my objection.
